Bernadette Phelan was born in Quezon City, Philippines before her Parents transplanted their Family to Wisconsin where she was raised. She received her BS from Marquette University in Milwaukee, and her Master’s from Northeastern University, in Boston.
She has over 30 years experience as a Pediatric specialist in feeding-swallowing, language delays and oral-motor difficulties. Currently she serves as an evaluator for the Early Intervention Program and as a Supervisor to speech assistants. Bernadette loves reading and travelling and raising two amazing teenagers with her husband, David.
